1. Be respectful

Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, regardless of their background, experience or opinions. Engage thoughtfully in discussions and avoid interrupting or speaking over others.

Diverse perspectives strengthen our community. Aim to create an environment where all participants feel welcome and avoid language or behavior that may exclude or alienate others.

 

3. No harassment

Harassment of any kind is not acceptable. This includes inappropriate comments, intimidation or unwelcome attention, whether verbal, written or non-verbal.

 

4. Act professionally

Maintain a respectful and professional tone in all interactions—during events and in follow-up conversations. Show consideration for fellow participants, speakers and staff.

 

5. Handle disagreements gracefully

Differences of opinion are natural and can be productive. Focus on discussing ideas constructively and avoid making personal remarks.

 

6.Privacy and consent

Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information, images or content without clear permission.

Consequences of violations

Participants who do not follow the Code of Conduct may be given a warning, asked to leave the event, or prohibited from attending future events, at the discretion of the organizers.
