Events & Community Manager
Your role
As Events & Community Manager, you will be part of our sales & marketing team and will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining strategic relationships within our community and driving events that are critical to our organization's strategic success.
Your responsibilities
- Boost our visibility in the knowledge graph community and the technology ecosystem by driving the short- and long-term planning and management of events, tradeshows, webinars, roundtables and other community-building activities.
- Maintain the event schedule, liaise with event organizers, handle logistics, manage budgets and invoicing, liaise with internal attendees and present post-event reports
- Plan, implement and manage lead promotional activities and lead generation activities for all community activities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Community Management or a related field
- Excellent cross-functional communications skills and ability to effectively align priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in project management and highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Team player able to work collaboratively with others while also taking responsibility for own areas of work
- Experience developing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Great time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

Web Developer for Knowledge Graph Applications
Your role
You know how to build beautiful Web applications, how to design interfaces that customers love, and you do this on top of our low-code application platform. You design user interfaces and workflows, understand the ideas behind design mockups provided by our customers, and you know how to realize and implement them using Web technologies such as CSS, HTML and related technologies.
You will be part of our professional services team, where your responsibilities start with understanding customer requirements and mapping these to our platform. You will configure the platform to the customer’s needs, and will customize the user interface using our Web components.
You will realize customer projects together with our consulting team to make them a success. Your key responsibility will be to take care of the frontend design and polish it to shine. You follow agile project principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), understand customer needs and requirements quickly, and can translate them into crisp work packages. You have experience and deep understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React) and you know how to apply them to satisfy customer requirements. Knowledge of Semantic Web technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OWL) is a strong plus and you are certainly interested in learning more about them.
Desired skills & experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or related area
- Experience with Web application development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, Web Components, JSON, yarn, webpack, npm, nodeJS and related technologies)
- Knowledge of Semantic Web technologies and standards (RDF, SPARQL, OWL) is a plus
- Experience with (graph) database technologies is a plus
- Experience with Docker, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is a plus

Technical Consultant - Knowledge Graph Technologies
Your role
You will be part of our professional services team, where your responsibilities start with understanding and documenting customer requirements and mapping these to our software products. You will perform data and ontology modelling using our platform and data integration from various sources, will configure the platform to the customer's needs, and will customize the user interface using our Web Components and SPARQL.
Your role also includes the coordination with our product management and engineering team to help translate the requirements which you gather from end users and professionals from all levels of the customer organization, into implementable user stories. You have excellent communication skills (in English) and feel confident in giving project milestone demos and presentations to customers. You take responsibility for customer satisfaction and act as a technical advisor to the customer.
You work with our sales and project management organization and realize customer projects to make them a success. You follow agile project principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), understand customer needs and requirements quickly and can translate them into crisp work packages. You have a technical understanding of the technologies we use (RDF, SPARQL, OWL and HTML, CSS) and apply them to satisfy customer requirements.
